• Apsilic is a comprehensive corporation headquartered in Shanghai, which was founded in 1988 by Mr.Hêng-Hsin Lee. It was called 'Shanghai Kuanghung Trade Co.Ltd' In 1994, Mr.Hêng-Hsin Lee chose the name of 'Apsilic' to be globalized.
